POSTPONED UNTIL FALL Dan White's India Images

The health and safety of students, faculty, staff and community friends remains UNC Charlotte’s top priority. The University has been monitoring the rapidly evolving situation around coronavirus (COVID-19) and has been working in close collaboration with local and state resources.

After careful thought and consideration, UNC Charlotte has decided to postpone the presentation of Dan White's India Images until the fall. This was not an easy decision, but a necessary one in protecting the health and well-being of our campus community.

We will let you know when the University is able to reschedule the exhibit of Dan White's India Images.

Photography exhibit by J. Daniel White, Ph.D. (1945-2018), one of the original members of the UNC Charlotte Religious Studies Department.  Dan was a gifted teacher and a passionate student and scholar of India.

We invite you to view Dan’s unique collection of photos taken during his early travels to South Asia. These 64 images portray India during the mid-20th Century as seen through Dan's perceptive eye.

March 20, 2020, through April 10, 2020, at J. Murrey Atkins Library near the main entrance.
