This workshop aims to help you improve your ability to navigate anxiety by enhancing resilience. Ways to foster cognitive and emotional strength will be discussed including utilization of mindfulness, challenging unhelpful thinking patterns, and identifying personal core values. The goal is to assist you in enhancing your ability to move through obstacles and disappointments in your life that create anxious distress and live life more fully.
