Master of Education in Urban Education Interest Session

Are you an education professional, administrator or counselor who is committed to delivering high-quality, culturally relevant instruction and services that meet the needs of students in increasingly diverse, urban school systems across the United States?

The new master of education in urban education program is designed to provide professionals with practical tools and resources that increase multicultural competence and awareness. The program aims to equip teachers, administrators, paraprofessionals, counselors and those alike — who currently work or aspire to work in, or with, urban schools — with practical approaches to implementing evidence-based best practices that improve the educational experiences and academic outcomes of racially, linguistically, socioeconomically and culturally diverse populations.

The newest graduate degree at UNC Charlotte will enroll its inaugural class for Fall 2019.

Applications are due March 1 for this fully online program.
