Women in Manufacturing Summit

Chipping Away at the Glass Ceiling and Stereotypes: An educational, inspiring and networking event focusing on current and future women engineers in manufacturing.

In conjunction with celebrating National Manufacturing Day, UNC Charlotte's William States Lee College of Engineering will host an educational, inspiring, and networking day-long summit. The event will focus on current and future women engineers in manufacturing. 

Gloria Toney, Sealed Air, Executive Director of R & D Medical Solutions is the keynote speaker, and Dr. Mike Molner, founding director of the Office of Advanced Manufacturing at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), will give a special welcome. 

Attendees will also learn more about the new Women in Manufacturing-NC Chapter.

This STEM and diversity-focused event is free to attend, but registration is required. Register now!
